You’re Capable – But Running on Empty

You show up for everyone — your work, your family, your responsibilities.
But lately, it’s catching up with you.

You’re tired in a way rest doesn’t fix.
Your mind keeps running background commentary.
The stress sits in your mind and your body.
Your nervous system feels constantly “on.”
You move from task to task without real recovery.

You’re tired in a way coffee can’t fix.
You feel disconnected from yourself — stretched thin and unsure how to slow down.

You picture yourself by the beach way too often— where it’s quiet, spacious, uninterrupted.

You don’t lack discipline.
Your nervous system is overloaded.

What Stress Reduction Really Means

Stress reduction isn’t about bubble baths, positive thinking or meditating for hours.

It’s about retraining how your body responds to pressure. True stress reduction means shifting your nervous system out of chronic “fight-or-flight” and into a state of calm regulation.

This is where mindful stress reduction comes in. Grounded in nervous system science and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), this approach helps you:

• Reduce the invisible mental load (yes, it’s a thing)
• Strengthen emotional regulation
• Move from chronic multitasking to focused presence
• Build daily recovery rhythms
• Prevent burnout patterns

It’s practical.
Structured.
And deeply regulating.

Meet Upinder

I’m Upinder Sahota Khan, a Stress Reduction & Resilience Educator and Integrative Mind–Body Practitioner.

After years of trying to balance work, family, and everything in between, I reached a point where I felt completely drained and disconnected from myself. I discovered that chronic stress and nervous system overload were at the root of my exhaustion. Through mindfulness-based stress reduction, nervous system education, and mind–body practices, I learned how to regulate my system and restore sustainable energy.

Today, I educate and guide individuals in building practical stress reduction and resilience skills so they can regulate their nervous systems, reduce overload, and live with steadier energy and clarity.
